End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you (the "Licensee" or "you") and RamsterZ LLC ("RamsterZ," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any 3D animations ("Animations") or 3D models with their textures ("Models") from www.RamsterZanimations.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Animations or Models.

2. Grant of License

RamsterZ LLC hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Animations and Models for any video game projects, movies, or online videos. The Animations and Models must be an integrated, inseparable part of a video game or video project and cannot be distributed as standalone elements.

You are permitted to modify or alter the Animations and Models using any 3D software for your game or video projects.

3. Restrictions

- You may not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Animations or Models to any third party as standalone assets.

- You may not represent altered versions of the Animations or Models as original or separate products for the purpose of distribution or sale.

- The Animations and Models cannot be used in any way that is unlawful or promotes illegal activities.

- Prohibition on AI Use: You may not use the Animations or Models for any artificial intelligence (AI) training, machine learning, neural networks, or any AI-specific projects. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Animations or Models as training data for AI models, generating derivative AI-powered content, or incorporating the Animations or Models into any AI-generated systems.

4. No Royalties:

RamsterZ LLC will not require any royalty payments from the revenues generated by your projects that incorporate the Animations or Models.

5. Limitation of Liability:

RamsterZ LLC shall not be liable for any legal, financial, or other damages that may arise from the use of the Animations or Models. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RamsterZ LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses that arise from your use of the Animations or Models.

6. Termination:

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from RamsterZ LLC if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

7. General:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RamsterZ LLC and governs your use of the Animations and Models, superseding any prior agreements between you and RamsterZ LLC regarding the Animations and Models.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

By downloading, installing, or using the Animations or Models, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
